Hot-Dip Galvanized Transmission Towers

Hot-Dip Galvanized Transmission Towers

Lattice steel towers fabricated and galvanized to carry 11kV to 400kV lines across Nepal's most demanding terrain.

Voltage range 11 kV - 400 kV
Steel grade IS 2062 E250 / E350
Zinc coating Min 86 microns (610 g/m2 avg)
Design standards IS 802, ASCE 10-97
Fabricated Structure

Product Overview

Fully engineered angular lattice towers built from tested structural steel, drilled on CNC lines, and hot-dip galvanized in Nepal's largest kettle for lifelong corrosion protection. Every tower is trial-assembled before dispatch so field erection is bolt-for-bolt predictable.

Designs are prepared to IS 802, ASCE 10 and utility-specific loading trees, with wind and seismic cases modelled for the delivery region.

Key Features

verified Steel tested to IS 2062 E250/E350 with mill certificates
verified Zinc coating 610 g/m2 average to IS 4759 / ASTM A123
verified CNC angle cropping, punching and marking for interchangeable members
verified Full trial assembly and match-marking before galvanizing
verified Galvanized bolts and nuts to IS 12427 with spring washers
